How I Got Here

I started my career as an engineer and strategist at Boeing, leading workforce development programs for over 2,000 engineers and test pilots.

I saw firsthand how traditional leadership structures failed to support creativity, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. The very skills that made people effective were often undervalued, ignored, or penalized.

Meanwhile, in grassroots music and community spaces, I witnessed a different story—people co-creating, building trust, and sharing power in ways that organizations struggled to replicate.

The same systemic patterns—who gets amplified, who gets silenced, who has to distort themselves to fit in—showed up in both settings.

That’s when I realized —

Leadership isn’t about control. It’s about attunement. Culture moves like sound. If we don’t tune it with intention, it defaults to dissonance.

I left my corporate role to help leaders and organizations redesign culture at every level—personal, interpersonal, and systemic.

Now, I work at the intersection of systems change, human-centered leadership, and creative facilitation. I design immersive learning experiences, strategic retreats, and high-impact leadership workshops to help teams move from stagnation to flow, from fear to play, from silos to collective intelligence.
